Payments

Espresso Yourself is committed to providing flexible payment solutions to accommodate your financial planning. To this end, we offer two primary payment options for our services and products:

  1. Pay in Full: Clients who opt to pay the total cost upfront enjoy the best price, benefiting from a lower overall cost compared to installment plans.
  2. Payment Plans: For clients who prefer spreading out the cost, we offer installment payment plans. Please note, selecting a payment plan incurs a 25% increase in the total project cost, reflecting administrative and processing considerations.

Commitment to Pay: By choosing a payment plan, you agree to fulfill all scheduled payments in accordance with the terms laid out at the time of purchase. Each installment will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card you provided, without requiring additional authorization from you. You'll receive an electronic receipt for each transaction.

Automatic Charges: Enrolling in a payment plan grants Espresso Yourself permission to automatically charge the payment method on file for each installment on its due date. This is in line with the authorization you provide under our General Payment Terms.

Responsibility to Update Payment Information: It's crucial to ensure your payment information remains current to avoid any interruptions in your access to our services. Should there be any change to your payment method, we’ve made it easy for you to update your information promptly. Each emailed invoice includes a direct link (URL) at the bottom, allowing you to securely update your payment details online at your convenience. Consequences of Failed Payments: Missed payments may result in temporary suspension of access to the Offering(s). Espresso Yourself reserves the right to attempt to process overdue payments and, if necessary, engage third-party services to manage collections of unpaid balances. To avoid such situations, please keep your payment information up to date and contact us if you encounter any issues that might affect your ability to complete payments.

Payment Plans

Choosing a monthly payment option for any of our branding or web design services binds you to the responsibility of those payments, in line with our Refund Policy for the specific service. The only way to discontinue these payments is through adherence to the Refund Policy. Should there be any failure to make a scheduled payment, Espresso Yourself reserves the right to immediately revoke your access to the services.

By selecting a payment plan, you grant Espresso Yourself and any appointed third-party processors the authorization to charge your credit or debit card automatically, as per the agreed payment plan schedule.

Should your payment method fail when attempting to process your monthly fee, it's imperative to update your payment details with a valid option swiftly, or risk losing access to the service.

Upon choosing a payment plan and not exercising your right to a refund within the set period, you are legally obligated to fulfill the remaining payments outlined in your plan.






Payment Terms for Branding and Web Design Services


By choosing a monthly installment plan for digital products or templates, you're legally obligated to fulfill all scheduled payments.

Upon selecting a payment plan, you grant Espresso Yourself and our designated third-party processors permission to automatically charge your credit or debit card as per your payment plan's schedule.

Should any of your registered payment methods fail when processing your monthly installment, it's crucial to update your payment information immediately. Failure to do so may result in the removal of the digital product from your account.

Cancellation or discontinuation of these payments is not permitted. Missed payments will initiate a 15-day grace period before a $50 late fee is applied. Should your account become 45 days overdue, the full balance will become payable immediately. Accounts 90 days past due will be forwarded to collections for the recovery of the outstanding balance.

Digital Product Payment Plans

By proceeding with any purchase through this website — encompassing programs, products, templates, services, opt-ins, e-books, videos, webinars, blog posts, newsletters, emails, social media interactions, and other forms of communication (hereinafter collectively referred to as "website") — you consent to fully accept the terms of our Refund Policy. If the terms of our Refund Policy are not acceptable to you, please refrain from making any transactions on this website.

Acceptance of Refund Policy

License Revocation Upon Refund: Receiving a refund means you must immediately discontinue the use of all materials provided by Espresso Yourself. This includes, but is not limited to, video and audio recordings, mockup files, templates, slide presentations, and access to exclusive membership areas or private social media groups. These materials must be deleted or destroyed as they are no longer licensed for your use.

Refund Request Deadline: Refunds must be requested within 14 days of your purchase. Requests made beyond this period will not qualify for a refund, and you will be accountable for the full cost of the service, irrespective of your level of service use or completion.

Payment Plan Obligations: Choosing a payment plan and not requesting a refund within the initial 14-day period means you are committed to completing the payment plan as agreed.

Final Decision: Espresso Yourself reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund requests. Late payments are subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is greater.

Payment Plan Adjustments: We offer a one-time courtesy to modify or create a new payment plan without charge. Any additional adjustments or new payment plan setups will incur a fee of $150 each.

Refunds: Due to the instant nature of digital product and template delivery, we maintain a policy of final sales for all transactions. This policy applies equally to purchases made outright or through payment plans. Consequently, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns once a sale is finalized.

Exchanges: In line with the digital format of our products, we cannot facilitate exchanges. Each product is considered a final sale upon purchase.
